Austrian porcelain portrait vase. "Royal Vienna" beehive mark. Art Nouveau, circa 1890-1910.
Cobalt blue ground with heavy gilding and portrait of a woman praying, titled "Devotion."
Upper section with a pink, yellow and green floral motif.
Lower section detailed with blue enamel raised dots.
Signed lower left of portrait "Wagner."

Overall, very good condition. Loss to one blue dot.
