Austrian cigar cutter. Boar's tusk mounted with 900 silver eagle head with glass eyes. Beak opens to cut cigar.

Georg Adam Scheid (1838-1921) maker's mark.

Approximately 9" length.

Overall very good condition. Cutter functions by pushing beak up. There is a button behind lower beak, I am not sure if originally this was used to move beak. If so, it is no longer connected.
